We collect information you voluntarily share when you:

What We Collect

The basic information we collect includes:

We don’t collect or process any sensitive personal information.

Payment Information

Social Media Registration

You can register using your social media accounts (Facebook, X, or others). If you do, we’ll collect certain profile information from these platforms. More details are in our “Social Login Handling” section.

Your Responsibility

You must not use disposable temporary emails to sign up for our services with the intention of creating multiple free accounts.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our services through a browser like Google Chrome, we automatically collect:

• Your operating system
• Language settings
• Websites that referred you to us
• When and how you use our services

We collect this data to:

• Keep our services secure from hackers and bad actors

Important: This automatic data collection doesn’t identify you personally (we don’t get your name or contact details). We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, like many other businesses.

Usage Data: We track how you interact with our service, including which pages you visit, which features you use, and how long you spend in different sections of the websites.

Google API Usage

When we receive data through Google APIs, we follow Google’s API Services Data Policy, including their Limited Use requirements.

No employee at AIstrova Technologies Inc. will ever see your personal information, with the exception that when an user commits a bannable offense including but not limited to violating our Terms of Service.

We limit sharing your information to rare, specific occasions.

We may (or may not, depending on our agreements with third parties) share your personal information when we’re involved in business changes like mergers, selling our company assets, or if another company buys us or parts of our business (including during negotiations for these changes).

5. How do we protect your data when using AI features?

We use artificial intelligence (AI) technology in our services to provide you with better features and tools.

Our AI Features Include But Are Not Limited to:

• AI Automation
• Machine learning models
• Text and language processing
• Image analysis
• Generative AI

Data Protection and Privacy

• Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Notice and third-party agreements
• We do not use your data to train our AI systems
• We own and control all AI systems on DataEGI, except for the Roleplay AI feature

Important Notes About the Roleplay Feature

• This feature uses third-party LLM providers
• While these providers agree not to use your data for AI training, they may store your information on their servers
• We can only guarantee 100% privacy for features using our own AI models (everything except Roleplay)

For safety and security purposes, we reserve the right to investigate in cases of criminal behavior or violations of our terms that would result in account bans

6. Do we track your activity with cookies and similar tools?

We use cookies and similar tracking tools (such as web beacons and pixels) to collect and store your information when you use our services. These tools help us:

• Maintain security
• Keep the service running smoothly
• Understand user needs
• Remember your preferences
• Support basic website functions

Third-Party Tracking

We allow other companies and service providers to use tracking technologies on our services for:

• Analytics

7. How do we manage sign-ins through social media accounts?

You can create an account using your Google account. If you do this:

• We will receive basic information from your Google account (like your name and email) that you agree to share with us
• You can choose to share more information from your Google account with us
• Any information you share with us will be stored according to this privacy policy

8. For how long do we store your information?

We retain your personal information only as long as:

• It’s needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice
• You maintain an active account with us
• It’s required by law (such as for tax, accounting, or legal purposes)

When we no longer have a legitimate business need for your data, we will:

• Delete it, or
• Anonymize it, or
• If deletion/anonymization isn’t possible (e.g., in backup archives), we’ll store it securely and prevent any further use until we can delete it.

9. How do we protect your data?

We protect your personal information using robust security measures and industry best practices. Our technical and organizational security are implemented through Amazon Web Services and our internal security systems to secure all data we handle.

10. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not:

• Knowingly collect or request data from anyone under 18
• Market to anyone under 18
• Sell personal information of anyone under 18

By using our Services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years old, OR
• A parent/guardian who consents to your minor dependent using the Services

If we discover we’ve collected information from someone under 18, we will:

1. Deactivate their account
2. Delete their data from our systems

11. What control do I have over my personal information?

Your rights vary based on where you live (especially in Canada and specific US states). Here’s what you should know:

If you live in Canada, you have the right to:

• Access and get copies of your personal information
• Request corrections or deletion of your data
• Limit how we process your information
• Request data portability
• Opt out of automated decision-making
• Object to how we process your information in certain cases

Consent and Marketing:

• You can withdraw your consent for us to process your data at any time
• You can opt out of marketing communications while still receiving important account-related messages
• Withdrawing consent won’t affect any processing that already happened
• We may continue processing your data if we have other legal grounds to do so

Managing Your Account:

• You can review and update your account information by logging into your account settings
• You can request account termination
• After account termination, we may keep some information to prevent fraud, handle investigations, enforce our terms, or comply with laws

Cookies:

• Browsers typically accept cookies by default
• You can choose to remove or reject cookies, but this might affect our services

Note: We’ll handle all requests according to applicable data protection laws.

12. How do we handle Do-Not-Track (DNT) requests?

We currently don’t respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals from web browsers, mobile operating systems, or mobile apps. This is because there isn’t yet a standardized way to implement DNT technology across the industry. If an official standard is created that we must follow, we’ll update this policy to explain how we comply.

For California residents: As required by state law, we inform you that we don’t currently honor DNT signals from web browsers since there is no established industry or legal standard for doing so.

13. What privacy rights do US residents have and how can they exercise them?

If you live in certain US states (CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IN, IA, KY, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, TN, TX, UT, or VA), you have specific privacy rights regarding your personal information.

What We Collect

In the past 12 months, we’ve only collected:

• Basic identifiers (name, email, IP address, account name)
• Commercial information (transaction and payment status)

Data Retention

• Account-related information: Kept as long as you have an account
• Commercial information: Kept as long as you consent and maintain an account

You can:

• Ask if we’re processing your data
• Access your data

• Get a copy of your shared data
• Exercise these rights without discrimination
• Opt out of targeted advertising, data sales, and automated profiling

California residents can request annual information about third-party data sharing for marketing purposes at no cost.
