What We Collect
The basic information we collect includes:

We don’t collect or process any sensitive personal information.
Payment Information

Social Media Registration

No employee at AIstrova Technologies Inc. will ever see your personal information, with the exception that when an user commits a bannable offense including but not limited to violating our Terms of Service.
We limit sharing your information to rare, specific occasions.
We may (or may not, depending on our agreements with third parties) share your personal information when we’re involved in business changes like mergers, selling our company assets, or if another company buys us or parts of our business (including during negotiations for these changes).
- How do we protect your data when using AI features?
We use artificial intelligence (AI) technology in our services to provide you with better features and tools.
Our AI Features Include But Are Not Limited to:
- AI Automation
- Machine learning models

Data Protection and Privacy
- Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Notice and third-party agreements
- We do not use your data to train our AI systems
- We own and control all AI systems on DataEGI, except for the Roleplay AI feature
Important Notes About the Roleplay Feature
- This feature uses third-party LLM providers
- While these providers agree not to use your data for AI training, they may store your information on their servers
- We can only guarantee 100% privacy for features using our own AI models (everything except Roleplay)
For safety and security purposes, we reserve the right to investigate in cases of criminal behavior or violations of our terms that would result in account bans
We use cookies and similar tracking tools (such as web beacons and pixels) to collect and store your information when you use our services. These tools help us:

- If deletion/anonymization isn’t possible (e.g., in backup archives), we’ll store it securely and prevent any further use until we can delete it.

We protect your personal information using robust security measures and industry best practices. Our technical and organizational security are implemented through Amazon Web Services and our internal security systems to secure all data we handle.
- Do we collect information from minors?
We do not:
- Knowingly collect or request data from anyone under 18
- Market to anyone under 18
- Sell personal information of anyone under 18
By using our Services, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old, OR
- A parent/guardian who consents to your minor dependent using the Services
If we discover we’ve collected information from someone under 18, we will:

- Delete their data from our systems

- You can withdraw your consent for us to process your data at any time
- You can opt out of marketing communications while still receiving important account-related messages
- Withdrawing consent won’t affect any processing that already happened
- We may continue processing your data if we have other legal grounds to do so
Managing Your Account:
- You can review and update your account information by logging into your account settings
- You can request account termination
- After account termination, we may keep some information to prevent fraud, handle investigations, enforce our terms, or comply with laws
Cookies:
- Browsers typically accept cookies by default
- You can choose to remove or reject cookies, but this might affect our services
Note: We’ll handle all requests according to applicable data protection laws.
- How do we handle Do-Not-Track (DNT) requests?
We currently don’t respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals from web browsers, mobile operating systems, or mobile apps. This is because there isn’t yet a standardized way to implement DNT technology across the industry. If an official standard is created that we must follow, we’ll update this policy to explain how we comply.
For California residents: As required by state law, we inform you that we don’t currently honor DNT signals from web browsers since there is no established industry or legal standard for doing so.
- What privacy rights do US residents have and how can they exercise them?
If you live in certain US states (CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IN, IA, KY, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, TN, TX, UT, or VA), you have specific privacy rights regarding your personal information.
