A fair refund policy.

Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with our products for any reason and have not used a product for more than 30 days, just contact our support team at support@aistrova.com and we’ll take care of you.

Abusing the refund process by repeatedly requesting for refund and then re-subscribing to a service is strictly prohibited. If we find evidence that you have abused this refund process, you agree to let us ban your accounts and only refund if we deem your abuse did not negatively affect any users’ experience on any of our services.
